Planning and scheduling System and Control<\/strong><\/h1>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>For Planning & Scheduling, we use MS project \/ Primavera Software program which has been extensively used for various Projects executed by us.<\/p>\n

To execute the large projects, Al Assala make use of our large pool of resources who are;<\/p>\n

  1. 1.Competent and Experienced Manpower with Gulf\u00a0 experience.<\/li>\n
  2. 2.Experienced in handling similar projects.<\/li>\n
  3. 3.Time-bound in execution of large projects.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In addition, we have a fully established Quality Assurance \/ Quality Controlled department with In-house Quality Manual for individual trades (Air-conditioning.)<\/h4>\n
